About FRMA
Fountaingrove Ranch, one of California’s most dynamic and beautiful communities, meanders across the northeastern foothills of the Mayacamas Range within the city limits of Santa Rosa. More than 800 distinctive homes and condominiums populate thousands of acres of oak, fir and redwood-studded hillsides, ridges and canyons surrounding a championship 18-hole private golf course, lake and open space.
Many homesites offer city, mountain, valley or vineyard views. All benefit from our clean, quiet surroundings, well-lit streets and lush landscaping plus natural parks and generous open spaces.
Fountaingrove Ranch ranks among the best places to live in America. Through our extraordinary spirit of community volunteerism, the Fountaingrove Ranch Master Association (FRMA) is committed to preservation of our unique community.
Our open spaces, architectural integrity and diversity — as well as this website are managed by the FRMA, a non-profit homeowner’s association chartered by the State of California and City of Santa Rosa.
Whether resident or visitor, we hope you enjoy your visit.
In addition to Fountaingrove Ranch, a nearby community, Fountaingrove II, occupies adjacent acreage to the south and east and comprises more than 500 homes (and growing). Although our communities are legally separate, we have much in common. You may click here to access Fountaingrove II’s website.
Increasing amounts of information about Fountaingrove Ranch and the FRMA will be presented on these pages. As soon as each topic listed below is complete, you’ll be able to click it. If the item is not yet linked, we’ve not completed it. In fact, we’re looking for volunteers with special historical knowledge (and a modicum of writing skill) to help out.
